These terms apply when you buy a domain name from First Last Domains, operated by 627 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them.
What you’re buying
You are buying the registration of one domain name, transferred to a registrar account in your name. You are not buying any trademark, website, content, email, traffic or other rights that may have been associated with the name before we registered it. Domain registrations must be renewed each year with your registrar.
Where our names come from
We acquire names after their previous registration expired, through public drop-catch services. Common names are shared by many unrelated people, and each name is offered to anyone at the same listed price. We are not affiliated with any person of that name, and a purchase does not imply any connection to one.
Price and payment
The listed price is the full price, in US dollars. Payment is by card through our payment processor. Your bank may ask you to authenticate the payment. The charge appears as FIRSTLAST* followed by the name.
Delivery
After payment, we ask you to confirm your email address. Within three business days of payment, we send the domain’s transfer code to that confirmed address. You start the transfer at the registrar of your choice. We may delay delivery to review a payment flagged as possibly unauthorized, and we will tell you if we do.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we send the transfer code. Once the transfer code has been sent, the sale is final, because the name can then be moved out of our control. If a transfer fails for a reason on our side, we will fix it or refund you in full.
Payment disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please write to support@firstlastdomains.com first. We keep records of each purchase, including your agreement to these terms, your email confirmation, and the delivery and use of the transfer code, and we provide them to the card issuer in response to any dispute.
If you believe a name is legally yours
Write to support@firstlastdomains.com with the name and the basis of your claim. We review every message promptly, and we aim to resolve credible claims simply rather than dispute them.
