When you buy a name
Our payment processor collects your name, email, phone number, billing address and card details on its secure checkout. We receive your name, email, phone, billing address and the payment record. We do not receive or store your full card number. We use this to complete and deliver your purchase, to send you the transfer code, to prevent fraud, and to respond to any payment dispute. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and dispute rules require.
When you search or browse
The name you type in the search bar is checked against our list in your browser and on our server. We don’t store searches. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. We don’t use advertising trackers.
When you email us
We keep your message and our reply so we can help you and keep a record of any request about a name.
Sharing
We share information only with the services that run the purchase (our payment processor, our domain registrar, our email provider and our host), with your card issuer if you dispute a payment, and when the law requires it. We don’t sell personal information.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, write to support@firstlastdomains.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we will respond within the time it requires.
